I'm the Editor in Chief of IndiePicks Magazine, a review publication from Patomi Media Group working with small presses and self-published author imprints. I was formerly the Editor for Collection Management and Library Outreach for Booklist, and I have 12 years of experience in public libraries (learn more about me on LinkedIn!). I also teach the online semester of Reader's Advisory for the College of DuPage's LTA program. I was named LJ's Fiction Reviewer of the Year in 2008, and I am also the 2010 winner of the Public Library Association's Allie Beth Martin award, for my "unwavering dedication to books of any cover." In 2010 I was named a Library Journal "Mover and Shaker".
Want to listen to me? I was interviewed for the Circulating Ideas librarian podcast in November 2014. It's a bit long, but there is some good RA stuff near the end!
For a shorter, updated interview, I was featured once again in November 2017: https://circulatingideas.com/2017/11/14/121-rebecca-vnuk/
